This policy explains what information iFixCp collects when you book a repair or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short — if something is unclear, email hello@ifixcp.com.
What we collect
- Booking details: name, phone, email, device model, the issue you described, and your appointment slot.
- Mobile-repair details: street address, city, state, and ZIP, used only to dispatch a technician.
- Payment data (mobile repairs only): card details are tokenized in your browser and sent directly to our payment processor (Authorize.Net) — they are never stored on our servers.
- Account & booking records: your booking is stored in our database so you and our staff can track its status by Repair ID.
How we use it
- To confirm your appointment, perform the repair, and contact you about the status.
- To process the $20 Refundable Security Deposit for mobile repairs through Authorize.Net.
- To respond to questions you send via the contact form.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this site.
- We do not store your card number, expiration, or CVV.
Your choices
- You can request that we delete the booking details we hold by emailing hello@ifixcp.com.
- You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about your repair.
