By booking a repair with iFixCp you agree to the following terms. They are designed to set clear expectations on both sides.
Repairs and pricing
- All prices displayed on this site are starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed in person, in writing, before any repair begins.
- If diagnostic time reveals additional issues, we will contact you for approval before continuing.
- Repair times are estimates and depend on parts availability.
Warranty
- We back our parts and labor with a 90-day warranty from the date of pickup.
- The warranty does not cover new damage (drops, liquid, additional impacts) or pre-existing damage unrelated to the repair.
Mobile repair deposit
- The $20 Refundable Security Deposit reserves a technician's travel time and is applied to your final repair total.
- If you cancel less than 2 hours before the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If we cannot complete the repair on-site for a reason outside your control, the deposit is fully refunded.
Devices left after repair
- We will hold completed devices for 30 days at no charge.
- After 90 days, unclaimed devices may be recycled or sold to recover storage costs.
